Privacy & information handling
How inquiry delivery and browser-based planning tools handle your information.
Current site version
This site provides institutional advisory information and planning tools. The inquiry, proposal and consultation interfaces let you review your details before sending. When you choose Send inquiry, your form details are processed by FormSubmit and emailed to the official NACG address, nacg.advisory@gmail.com. Sending an inquiry does not reserve an appointment. The separate Google Calendar booking interface reserves your selected available time after confirmation and generates a Google Meet link. Assessment and planner answers remain in the current page unless you choose to download or share them.
What is stored in your browser
The owner’s content workspace may store editable content drafts in local browser storage if the owner explicitly chooses Save draft. Visitor inquiry and assessment answers are not automatically persisted. You can remove owner drafts through the workspace’s Clear local draft control.
Downloaded information
If you download an inquiry or planning report, that file is stored on your device. Review its contents before sharing it. Avoid submitting sensitive student, payment or financial records in an initial discussion.
External services
The hosting provider may process connection data needed to serve the site. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may receive connection information. Source links take you to external websites governed by their own policies. Inquiry delivery uses FormSubmit, a third-party form-to-email service. Its privacy terms describe how it processes submissions. NACG receives your inquiry by email and uses it to respond and evaluate the requested engagement. Cloudflare Web Analytics measures aggregate visits, page views and page performance without analytics cookies or advertising tags. Cloudflare receives connection and page-performance data to provide these reports. Browser Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track preferences disable this site’s analytics script.
Thunderbolt AI assistant
The optional chat assistant is provided by Thunderbolt. Its widget connects to Thunderbolt when the page loads. If you use chat, your messages and technical connection information are processed by that external service to provide responses. Do not share student records, passwords, payment details or confidential documents. The assistant can make mistakes and does not make official licensing or accreditation decisions. It guides you to NACG information, existing inquiry forms and the separate Google Calendar booking flow; chat does not itself email your inquiry or book a meeting. You may instead contact NACG at nacg.advisory@gmail.com without using chat. For questions about chat information, contact NACG through that email.
Google Calendar and Meet booking
When you book, Google Calendar processes your name, email address, selected appointment time and booking information. NACG receives the appointment details on its official calendar. Google sends a confirmation and invitation containing the Google Meet link. Google Calendar and Meet are governed by Google’s privacy policy. The embedded booking calendar connects to Google when it loads. You can instead contact NACG by email.
Operator and retention
The website operator is North American Consultancy Group LLC, as confirmed by NACG. NACG has confirmed its LLC registration in New Mexico, United States, and serves institutions in all U.S. states. A public business address has not been provided; direct privacy inquiries to nacg.advisory@gmail.com. Closed website inquiries are retained for 12 months after the last contact. Records related to active engagements, disputes or legal obligations may be retained longer as needed. This is the operator’s retention policy; the website does not automatically delete email records. Contact NACG to request access, correction or deletion of your inquiry information, subject to applicable obligations.
Inquiry data and future integrations
A production privacy policy requires the confirmed legal operator, contact route, retention policy, actual processors, applicable rights and jurisdiction-specific professional review. If a CRM, scheduling provider or analytics service is added, this notice must be updated to match those features.
